He is survived by: his brothers, Robert (Christine) of Monticello, NY, Russell Fair (Toni) of New Jersey and Mark Fair (Karen) of Staten Island; his aunts, Catherine Massa, Edie (Anthony) and Silletto; and his uncle Dominick Piscionere (Jean Rose). He is also survived by nephew, great nephews, nieces, a great niece, and many cousins and friends.
