He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Spot" Williams and Willie Mae Strong; his siblings, Freddie Lee "Fox" Strong, Joseph Strong and Lola Armstead; his nephews, James, Herman and Wayne Armstead; and his niece Crissey Anne Armstead.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Anthony Williams III (TJ) of Albany, NY, Troy Williams of Baytown Texas and Tawan Williams of Troy, NY; his grandson Zacharius Williams; his siblings, Mathew Strong of Hamilton, NJ, Eddie Strong (Lance) and Lela Houston of Highland, NY; and his aunt Anne Strong of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to the current health crisis, social distancing guidelines must be met - a limited number of people at one time will be allowed in the church, and facemasks are required.
Through his understanding and wisdom, he was the foundation that kept his family together.
