She was predeceased by: her parent Clifton Mapes; her sisters, Patty Bernhardt, Louise Mapes and Ellen Price; and her son-in-law Fred Taggart.
She is survived by: her parent Marion Haas Mapes; her daughters, Tina Kiefer and Gina Taggart Wells (Gregg); her brothers, Robert Mapes of Monticello and Daniel Mapes of Monticello; her grandchildren, Ashley Price, Shelby Taggart, Hailey Taggart, Leah Taggart, Kelly Taggart, Lauren Kiefer and Howard Kiefer; her great grandchild Isabella Moore; and her nephew Bobby Mapes.
