It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Heins of Monticello, New York, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Kenny, David (Stacy) and Kathy; her siblings, Patsy, Bobby and Donald; her grandchildren, Joey, Justin, Jenna, Becky, Erica, Amy and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, James and Joey.
