She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Mikan and Albert Kalstrom. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Lopez of Monticello; her children, Melissa Mathlin of Brooklyn and Michael Mathlin (Katie) of Yorktown, VA; her grandchildren, Justin Edwards, Michael Mathlin III and Maeve Mathlin; and her cousins, Christine Heiter, Karl Heiter and Tracy Mcdowell.
