She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril T. Smith and Mary T. Ryan Smith; her husband George V. Oakes; and her siblings, Cyril J. "Dickie" Smith and Dorothy M. Enright.
She is survived by: her nephew Richard "Mike" Enright (Lydia).
As per Patty's wishes a private cremation will be honored and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
