She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Lewis, Sr.; her children, Barbara Heckstall of Monticello, NY and Jesse Lewis, Jr. (Darlene) of Monticello, NY; her siblings, Rosabelle Fore, Olice Williams and Leo Armstead (Annie); and her grandchildren, Marlon Hines, DeShawn Hines, Na'im Warner, Ronique Warner, Ronald Warner, Jr., Jesse Lewis, III, Allah Lewis, Spencer Lewis, Jessica Lewis, Charmaine Lloyd and Gregory White. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
