He is survived by: his significant other Stacy Seltzer Tuohy; his children, Sean Michael Tuohy (Assata Burnell) of Guilderland, NY, James William Tuohy of Dingmans Ferry, PA, Brian Edward Tuohy of Old Forge, PA, Melissa Marie Boeckmann (Rainer) of St. Augustine, FL and Erin Eileen Leonawicz (Michael) of Dingmans Ferry, PA; his siblings, Timothy Tuohy of Sag Harbor, Eileen Tuohy of Sag Harbor and Late; and his grandchildren, Trey Niall Tuohy (Sean), John, Michael, Ryan Boeckmann (Melissa), Liam and Emma Leonawicz (Erin).
