He was predeceased by: his father William P. Monroe; and his brother Michael (Susan). He is survived by: his mother Mary Repko Monroe; his siblings, Albert Monroe (Susan), Josephine Ketcham (Litt), Robert Monroe (Lynn) and Brian Monroe (Wanda); his nieces and nephews, Melinda (Josh), Shane (Mandi), Christopher (Erin), Craig (Julie), Holly, Paul, Ryan and Dylan; his close friend Julie Hulse; and also, Tyler, Sam and Becky.
