He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kiefer and Helen Rutsky Kiefer; his siblings, Skeet Kiefer and Ellen Szelesi; and his granddaughter Victoria Luke.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Louis of New Hampshire, Ramon Cedeira (Kim), Nadine Nielsen of Florida and Denise Cedeira Gorton (Craig); his brother John of Monticello; and his grandchildren, Louis Kiefer, Dr. Michael Kiefer, Stepanie, Dr. Ryan Kiefer (Emily), Jen Chesnell (Steve), Amanda Nielsen, Kyle Raymond of Paris, France, Cody Raymond, Trevor Cedeira and Felicia Lawrence. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, aunts and cousins.
