It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Hernandez of Monticello, New York, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Martha Alberto of Monticello and Jose Hernandez of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Sebastian Hernandez and Athena Hernandez; his siblings, Josue Hernandez, Richard Sorto, Jessica Alberto, Zehidy Hernandez and Sandra Alberto; and his nieces and nephews, Arianna Sanchez, Daniel Torija, Sofia Corces and Camila Corces. He is also survived by many aunts' uncles and cousins.
