He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Horvath. He is survived by: his parent Mary Davis Horvath; his wife Ellen Kraft Horvath; his daughter Kayla Chapman of Livingston Manor; his brother Henry Horvath of Sweetwater, LA; and his uncle Lloyd Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and his sidekick companion.
