He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kerr Sr. and Melva Gatto Kerr; and his significant other Marie Housman. He is survived by: his daughter Cieara Kerr of Monticello; his granddaughters, Robenia Rivera and Sianna Livingston; his great grandchildren, Kayden and Tamia; and his siblings, Joseph Kerr Jr. of Monticello and Dawn Edwards Kerr of Virginia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the VanInwegen Kenny Funeral Home (401 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home (401 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701).
