She is survived by: her children, Jose (Juni), Orlando Hernandez (Judi) of New Jersey, Rafael Hernandez of Germany, Gloria Felix (Barry) of New York, Luis Felix (Donna) of New Jersey and Daniel Rothberg (Angelique) of New York; her grandchildren, Joey Hernandez (Enid), Victoria Hernandez (Jorge), Nicholas Hernandez, Jessica Hernandez (Eric), Gabrielle Hernandez, Johnathan Snyder (Kristen), Nikole Snyder (Brandon), Jakob Snyder (Sarah), Melanie Felix, Allyson Felix, Michael Rothberg, Amanda Rodriquez (Keith), Daniel Rothberg, Felicia Rothberg, Victoria Rothberg and Angelica Rothberg; her sisters, Teresa Ortiz, Carmen Ortiz and Violeta Ortiz; and her stepsisters, Monin Caraballo, Delia Caraballo and Andrea Caraballo.
