She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phillip Schneider and Rose Cytryn Schneider; her husband Willard Schop; her sons, Paul Schop and Michael Schop of Omaha; her daughter-in-law Melissa Schop; her grandchildren, Sarah and Noah Schop; and her sister Barbara Katz (Eli Katz) of West Nyack.
The family asks that charitable donations made in Edith Schop's name be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
