She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Ralph Stephenson Breakey and Madeleine O'Neil Breakey; her brother Ralph S. Breakey Jr.; and her husband Rubin J. Katz. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Valerie Katz Broza (Clark Broza) of White Plains and Dr. Randolph Katz (Eileen) of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Lauren Katz, Ryan Katz and Jennifer Broza. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
