“Part three - make a difference. Ariel passed on his passion of skiing to my daughter who looked forward to seeing him for more lessons every winter. And, my husband and I looked forward to seeing Ariel too. We just adored him and he would share stories of his year and give updates on his family that he loved so much as would we. We will miss Ariel terribly, but know he is forever woven into all of our winter memories and we will carry these memories of him always, especially my daughter.”

“Part one Our family first met Ariel three winters ago when our then 5 year old daughter with learning differences wanted to learn to ski. I was so nervous about this having never skied before, but all of my anxiety slipped away when we met Ariel. Ariel began instructing my daughter on the techniques of skiing three years ago. We saw him every winter since. Skiing and snowboarding for fun is one thing, but teaching others all day every day is totally different, so as well as having a passion”
