She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Carrasquillo; her parent Luisa Franco; and her brother Eduardo Franco. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Carrasquillo of Monticello, NY.; her grandson Ruben Eric Young of Duarte; and her siblings, Maria Nicolasa Franco Cardona of Manizalez and Martin Franco of Pereira, Colombia.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Social distancing guidelines set forth by the State of New York will be followed, masks are required at all times.
