He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert S. Fraley and Marion LeRoy Fraley; his stepson James; his wife Irene E. Fraley; his daughter Linda Terwilliger (Lee); his grandchildren, Tara Lin Terwlliger, Galen Lee Terwilliger and Cody Alen Terwilliger; his sister Dawn Fraley Collura; his great grandchildren, Ava Irene, Alexander James and Aislinn Linnette; his siblings, Gerald Fraley and Nancy Whipple; and his nephew George Whipple. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines as set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; masks must be worn at all times.
