He is survived by: his wife Lisa Concklin; his children, Nicole Concklin of Montgomery, NY and Anthony Concklin of Montgomery, NY; his grandchildren, Jackson Joseph and Maysen Rae; and his parents, Ron Concklin and Jan Concklin of Congers, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
