He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Rice and Florence Rice (Schilz); his wife Anne "Nancy" J. Keogh; his close friend Mary Joan Roach of Whitesboro; his children, Linda A. Rice and Thomas D. Rice, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Norma Jean Rice of New Hartford; his grandsons, Thomas D. Rice III (Lindsay), Michael Rice (Alex Poulin) and Tyler Rice; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Mason and Evelyn; and his nieces, Jacqueline Cornacchia (Michael), Betsie Cleary (Tom) and Kim Rice (Gary Turkington).
