She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford W. Phillips and Evelyn Conley Phillips; her husband Ralph Saylor; her children, Ralph Saylor, Barbara Krings and Nancy Saylor; her brothers, Elmer and Willard Phillips; and her sister-in-law Emma Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Saylor of Highland Falls, Janice Saylor of Highland Falls and Evelyn Lutes (Gary) of Highland Falls; and her grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Kimberly, Nicole, Andrea and Kenny. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
