He is survived by: his wife Patricia Green Leetch; and his family, Laura, Craig Damewood, Chris, Airynee Damewood (Brightwell), Brian, Catherine Damewood (Penelope), Julia, Michael Solberg (Isla), Beth Leetch, Amy, Jim McIntosh, Logan, Lindsey McIntosh (Lainey), Jared McIntosh, Ben McIntosh and Wendy Miller.
