He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Tanner (Strahlmann); his children, Robert Tanner (Karen) of Town, Donna Helt (Robert) of Campbell Hall, NY and Andrew Tanner (Michele) of Highland Mills, NY; his brothers, James Tanner, John Tanner of Albany, NY and George Tanner (Beth); his grandchildren, Chris Helt, Ben Helt (Jillian Knoll), Philip Tanner and Gianna Graziano; and his great grandchild CJ Helt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
