With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Leschke of Montgomery, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCormick and Miriam McCormick; her sister Miriam; and her brother-in-law Alan. She is survived by: her husband David Leschke; her daughter Alyson (Tim); her siblings, Jane, Elizabeth and John; her sister-in-law Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Griffyn and Nora. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In honor of Patricia's memory, the family is asking that donations may be made to Orange and Sullivan Hospice, reflecting her spirit of giving and love for others.
