She was predeceased by: her husband William O. Loeb; and her son William O. Loeb Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Raymond C. Loeb of Accord, NY and Kenneth Loeb (Nancy) of Atlanta, GA; and her sister Jesse Falkenstern. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
