He is survived by: his parents, Kieshia Moultrie, and Melvin Moultrie, Jr. (Latorra); his siblings, Melanie Moultrie, Meliyah Moultrie and Ivan Jackson; his great-grandparent Willie Ward; his grandmothers, Patricia Jackson and Della Moultrie; and his aunts and uncles, Telisha Jno-Charles (Odell), Rhonda Jackson, Sheree Mack (Cedrick), Lynn Lewis, Cynthia Jackson, Rodney Jackson, Darnell Lewis, Tyrone Horne, Sean Williams, Gregory Prescod (Stephanie) and Andrew Ponton.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church (93 Liberty St, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
