It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite G. Holmes in Montgomery, New York, born in Pine Bush, New York, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassie T. Holmes and Pearl Caston Holmes; and her siblings, Robert Holmes and Betty Waldorf. She is survived by: her niece Deborah Gihr Williams; her nephew Maurice Waldorf; and her sister Rose Gihr.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Middletown or Walden Humane Society.
