She is survived by: her sons, Salvatore Polizzi (Margaret) of Delaware and Rocco Polizzi of Montrose; her grandchildren, Joanna Haupt (Jerry) of Pennsylvania, Kristina Block (Michael) of Michigan and Stephen Polizzi of White Plains; and her great grandchildren, Myles Haupt, Hanna Haupt and Brady Block. She is also survived by 1 niece 4 nephews.
