He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Picard and Margaret Hughes Picard; and his siblings, Howard Picard, Francis Picard and Dorothy Pomarico.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Picard; his children, Lawrence Picard Jr. (Mary) and Patricia A. Tubbs of Walden, NY; his grandchildren, Catherine, Kimberly, Tracey, Lawrence III and Tricia; his great grandchildren, Danielle, Cayla, Ashely-Paige, Joshua, Emily and Peyton; and his great great grandchildren, Isabella, Leon and Atticus-John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
