It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Jane Schmidt of Montgomery, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank D. Blizard and Marie Lawder Blizard; and her brothers, Frank, Edward and George Blizard.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore X. Schmidt; her children, Jean M. Kirtio (John), Mary J. Eisnor (Donald), Peter Schmidt (Lori), Ted Schmidt Jr. of Montgomery and Irene Bosch (Donald); and her sister Mary Bond of Montgomery. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
