It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Patricia Francis of Montgomery, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Cooney and Irene Cooney; her husband Kenneth Francis of Montgomery, NY; her grandchildren, Brooke, Bridget, Briar, Dillon, Sophie, Aubree and Breslin; her siblings, Nancy, Bart Juliano, Charles and Maryann Cooney; her grandson Kevin Lane; and her parents-in-law, John and Ethel Francis. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
