He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pergolizzi and Jeanette Pergolizzi. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Darcie (Richard Perez), Valerie Pergolizzi, John P. (Felicia Pergolizzi) and Julia Pergolizzi; his grandchildren, Reanna and Joseph; his brother Joseph Perk; his nieces and nephews, Barbara Scarpa, Patty Pedota, Bill Perk and Joseph Perk; and his mother-in-law Lucrezia D'Orazio.
