He is survived by: his parent Elsie McCarthy Hoffman; his wife Barbara Ann Hoffman; his children, Nicholas Hoffman (Rosa) of Walker Valley, NY and Heidi Aldrich (Greg) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; and his grandchildren, Keegan Aldrich and T. W. Hoffman.
