He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Fogg and Madeline Fogg (Oberle); and his brother Frank J. Fogg. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fogg (Rampe); his sons, Harold W. Fogg, Jr. (Keri) of Tampa, FL, James M. Fogg (Mary) of Balston Spa, NY and Craig D. Fogg (Nancy) of Cumming, GA; his sister-in-law MaryAnn Fogg; his grandchildren, Bradley, Ashley, Maggie, Patrick, Katie, Brendan, Taylor, Sarah and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Brooks.
