He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Rios and Celestina Gonzalez Rios; and his siblings, Gregorio, Anibal and Josefina Crespo.
He is survived by: his son Felix Rios (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Genesis, Noah and Elijah. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great grand children, nieces, and nephews.
