She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Fitzgerald Schmitt and Charles Schmitt; her siblings, Ann Kaufman, Kathryn "Katty" Marcano, Charles "Billy" Schmitt and Albert Schmitt; and her friend Mary Ann Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Aloysius Patrick Manz; her children, Kathryn (Marvin Stewart), Ellen (David Thayer), Paul (Sheryl Manz) and Patrick (Dinene Manz); her grandchildren, Katie Alvarez (Julio), Amy Cosens (Lee), Benjamin Stewart (Allee Jo), Laura Wagner (Brian), Lisa Manz (Trey), Hannah Stewart and Alexis Manz; her great grandchildren, Stephen, Cole Gia, Savannah, Margaret, Oliver, Charlotte and Tess; and her close friends, Margaret Bartle and Mary Faulkner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
