He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles G. Quinn and Gloria Foster Quinn; his wife Penny; his children, Charles R. Quinn (Margaret), Brian K. Quinn (Denise), Jeanne Marie Rechtorovic (Edward), Karen Quinn (Thomas), Kevin M. Quinn (Kelly), Alison Boyce (Seamus) and Michael C. Quinn (Amy); his siblings, Gail Quinn, Dianne Geiler (Joseph), Jacqueline Rossi, John Quinn (Barbara), Thomas Quinn (Patricia), James Quinn (Deborah) and Mary Eileen Hannon (Paul); his brother-in-law Leroy Harris; his siblings, Brian W. Quinn and Maureen Harris; his granddaughter Erin Quinn; and his brother-in-law Richard Rossi. He was also cherished by 39 Nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a funeral mass will take place privately.
