He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Shirley (Leonard); his wife Irene (Crehan); and his siblings, Mary, Anne and Michael.

He is survived by: his brother Robert Ihne of Chester; his children, Christine Ihne, William Ihne (Mary Jo) of Walker Valley and Sharon Neill (John Cuda) of Queens; and his grandchildren, Samantha Jo, Amber, Jonathan and Lauren. He is also survived by His many nieces and nephews, foster children and foster grandchildren.
