He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Babbitt and Alice Babbitt Sr. (Perkins); his wife Margaret Babbitt (Birdsall); his daughter Crystal Smith; and his brother Ray Babbitt.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Babbitt-Skowron and Harry Babbitt III (Julie); his grandchildren, John Smith, Shantel Hall, Amy Jo Wait, Josh Sayre, Danielle Skowron, Andrew Babbitt, Nicholas Skowron and Abbigale Babbitt; his great grandchildren, Augustus, Miley, Finn, Harper, Lily Jo and Felix; and his siblings, Alan Babbitt (Donna) and Beatrice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
