It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Sullivan (Monroe, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Timothy P. Sullivan and Kerry Daly Sullivan; and his grandparents, Wilma, Dennis Daly, Margaret Sullivan, Matthew J. and Delores Sullivan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Children's Heart Foundation or Boston Children's Hospital.

“I just found out that Tim passed away. I met him on YouNow and became friends. He was an amazing guy. Always joked, if I were younger I would go after him. His heart was so big. I even volunteered to be a liver donor for him. I hope he is looking down and reading this. And I am so sorry to his mom and dad. It is not natural to bury your children. He will forever be in my heart. I only wish I could of met him in person and got some NYC pizza he promised me. 💔”
