Berk; her children, Michael Berk of New York, NY, Christopher Berk of Harriman, NY and Ashley Tompkins (Craig) of Kent, NY; her brother Thomas Stines of Fort Myer, FL; and her granddaughter Rylee Rose Tompkins.
