It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Luongo (Monroe, New York), born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Dickerson Bement and Henry Norwood Bement of Pine Bush; her son James "Jimmy" Luongo; and her grandson Christopher Brown. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Michael Luongo; her children, Sally, Lou, Evelyn Bell (Jim Bell) of Monroe, NY, Michael Luongo (Linda Luongo), Joanne Luongo of Doylestown, PA, Joseph, Susan Luongo of High Falls, NY and Anthony Luongo (Tony) of Litchfield, CT; and her sisters, Margaret "Meg" Walsh of Sandy Hook, CT and Nancy Bement Chase of Petersburg, NY.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
