She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Vargetto and Anna Guica Vargetto; her husband Roosevelt "Russ" Melchiorre; and her siblings, Sarah Roca, Ida Salerno, Angelina Colasacco and Sonny Vargetto.
She is survived by: her children, Alessio Alex Melchiorre (Jeanne) of Harriman, Mario Melchiorre (Stephanie) of Hawley, Pennsylvania and Lorraine Melchiorre-Thuman (John) of Monroe; her siblings, Sal Vargetto of Monroe and Josephine Vargetto of Middletown; her grandchildren, Alex, Marisa, Mark, Mario II, Brianna, Dia, Jordan, Carlie Ann and Danielle (Bella); and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Mya, Alessia, Teigan, Olivia and Damon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
