He is survived by: his parent Bridget Browne Torpey; his wife Johanna Torpey; his children, Bridget Torpey (Brett Wood), Ronald Torpey, Jr. and Patrick Torpey; his grandchildren, Christine (Michael), Melissa (Faustino), Jessica (Brendan), Sarah (Johnny), Heather, Patrick, Jr. and Nicholas; and his sister-in-law Virginia Boatman (Frankie).
