He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loretta McHugh (Hoert) and Joseph H. McHugh; his wife Kathleen (McCrystal); his sons, Rob McHugh and Brian "Brooks" McHugh of Manorville, NY; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Kerry.
