He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Matthews and Emily Matthews; and his wife Mary M. Matthews. He is survived by: his children, Rich Matthews Jr. of Florida, Doris Malloney of Middletown, NY, Terry Dunn of Wurtsboro, NY, Irene Conklin of Monroe, NY and Lynn Daniel of Middletown, NY; and his sister Mildred Sarnecky of Monroe, NY. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
