He is survived by: his wife Frances "Buttons" Jurgelon of Schenectady, NY; his children, Phillip A. Jurgelon, II (Melissa) of Schenectady, NY and Jodi Juskiewicz (T. J.) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Chase, Cami, Michael and Amanda.
