Ward Welsh of Monroe; his wife Rebecca Spear Welsh; his daughters, Grace of Chester, Marian of Chester, Natalie of Chester and Faith Ann of Chester; and his siblings, Timothy Welsh (Jamie) of Glen Ridge and Randi Lee Brogan (Timothy) of Highland Mills. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
