He is survived by: his wife Veronica Zillig; his children, Barbara Bequette (Zillig) of Cornwall, NY, Patricia Zillig of Maybrook, NY, Richard Zillig of Newburgh, NY and John Zillig of Salisbury Mills, NY.; his grandchildren, Melissa, Tracy, Richard Jr, Christopher, Ryan, Brett and Cherished; and his great grandchildren, Jacob III, Avery III, Reese III, Riley III, Kayla III, Nickolas III, Blake III and Richard III.
